We facilitate information sharing and ticket purchases where available. We are an intermediary — the venue operator is responsible for the actual event experience.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering, you confirm you meet age requirements for nightlife venues in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to verify age and refuse service.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at support@fluxarcgames.com.
4. Ticket Purchases
Prices are displayed in EUR unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. A booking confirmation is sent to your registered email. Tickets are subject to venue terms and capacity limits.
5. User Content
Reviews, photos, and community posts must be truthful and not offensive, defamatory, or infringing. We may remove content violating these Terms. You grant NightWorld a non-exclusive licence to display submitted content on our platform.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the platform for illegal purposes.
- Scraping, automated access, or reverse engineering without permission.
- Submitting false reviews or fraudulent bookings.
- Harassing other users or venue staff via our platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All NightWorld branding, design, and original content are owned by NightWorld Entertainment Kft. Venue photos and descriptions may be owned by third parties. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
8. Disclaimers
Information about venues and events is provided "as is". We do not guarantee accuracy of opening hours, line-ups, or prices set by venues. Always verify directly with the venue before travelling.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Hungarian law, NightWorld Entertainment Kft. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use or venue attendance. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant transaction in the preceding 12 months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify NightWorld against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Budapest, Hungary, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
