This Return & Refund Policy applies to all ticket purchases and paid services ordered through the platform operated by NightWorld Entertainment Kft. ("NightWorld", "Company"), registered at Király utca 12, 1061 Budapest, Hungary (Company reg.: 01-09-987654, VAT: HU28934561).
1. Scope
This policy covers: event tickets (concerts, club entry, festivals), VIP packages, and subscription services purchased via NightWorld. Physical merchandise, if offered, follows separate return rules stated at checkout.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Under EU consumer law, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from distance contracts. However, for leisure events with a specific date (e.g. events Budapest, Budapest Electronic Festival), the right of withdrawal expires once the event has taken place or if you explicitly agreed to immediate delivery of digital tickets before the withdrawal period ended.
3. Event Cancellation by Organiser
If an event is cancelled by the venue or organiser, NightWorld Entertainment Kft. will:
- Notify you by email within 48 hours of official cancellation.
- Issue a full refund to the original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
- Process refunds within 14 business days.
No administrative fee applies for organiser-initiated cancellations.
4. Event Postponement or Rescheduling
If an event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement by emailing support@fluxarcgames.com with your order number.
5. Customer-Initiated Cancellation
Refund eligibility for voluntary cancellation depends on the ticket type:
- Standard tickets: Refundable up to 72 hours before event start, minus a 10% processing fee.
- Early bird / discounted tickets: Non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
- VIP packages: Refundable up to 7 days before event, minus 15% processing fee.
- Free RSVP tickets: Cancel anytime via your account — no refund applicable.

We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
- No-show at the event without prior cancellation.
- Denial of entry due to intoxication, inappropriate behaviour, or failure to meet dress code/age requirements.
- Partial attendance (leaving early).
- Change of mind after the refund deadline.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. NightWorld Entertainment Kft. reserves the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks and suspend accounts involved in fraudulent refund claims.
9. Subscription Services
Newsletter and premium membership subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for unused subscription periods are calculated pro-rata for annual plans cancelled within 30 days of purchase.
10. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), NightWorld Entertainment Kft. will follow venue organiser policies and applicable Hungarian consumer protection regulations. We will communicate all options (refund, credit, transfer) promptly.
